Proposing Waste Solutions for South West Devon Waste Partnership

South West Devon Waste Partnership is currently asking waste companies to bid for its waste disposal contract.
MVV Umwelt is one of the companies shortlisted for the contract. The company is proposing an Energy from Waste plant at North Yard, Devonport.
The plant will deal with waste that cannot be recycled to save it going to landfill and to generate useable energy from it.
The Partnership and MVV held another two exhibitions in Plymouth on the 14th and 15th June 2010. If you were not able to attend but are interested in finding out about our initial proposals, please look at our exhibition panels which are shown below.

After carrying out initial public consultation, MVV is now in a position to progress towards a planning application. The company has submitted a scoping study to the planning department. This study can be downloaded here.
